There is a way to successful weight loss
In over thirty years Judy had done every diet invented but was still
very overweight. You name it, she had tried it. Many times she had lost a
bit or a lot of weight only to put it all back on again, usually with some
extra. She was depressed and demoralised with the cycle of yo-yo dieting and
knew she could not carry on this way.
She began to realise that DIETS DON’T WORK! However, she still really wanted to
be slim and thought, “How can I get to my ideal weight without ever dieting
again?” She knew that any programme would have to be a long term solution that
would change her life. With her combined knowledge she found the key to lasting
weight loss.
She applied what she had learned and over a year lost over 70 pounds without
dieting or deprivation. She even started eating foods she had previously
banned under the dieting mentality she had been brainwashed into over the
years.
Having been overweight and found a way to lose it, she felt passionately that
she wanted to help others to lose weight and have a happy relationship with
food.
