I am in a holistic therapist assisting clients in overcoming emotional and physical blocks to become the person they wish to be! Why approach is not judgemental and supportive of their unique process. I love to see my clients blossom as they learn to love themselves and enjoy life.

Karen has a very successful Happyweight practice in Sussex and London, and assists on many of the Happyweight practitioner training courses.
