How is a session structured?
A Breakthrough is a confidential one-to-one process and usually takes one day or two half days. There are regular breaks and meals scheduled within that time to make sure that you are able to relax and you feel totally comfortable.
We go through many processes to discover how your problems have been created and then utilise modern therapeutic techniques that get rid of the problem. The methods that are available to us today are, frankly, astonishing. The idea of a person being in psychoanalysis for years is totally out-dated and unnecessary. A good therapist can expect to eliminate a phobia in about 15 minutes or less. Major trauma from the past can be completely resolved in as little as 20 minutes. All the memories and learnings are left intact, but the bad feelings have disappeared. All this can be done painlessly, without the client having to needlessly relive trauma or other uncomfortable states. If you are committed to resolving your problem, you will have an undeniable experience of it disappearing during the session. You will also learn so much about yourself, how you structure your thoughts and what makes you an individual. You will also take away with you a priceless technique that you can use on yourself at any time in the future.

Judy only accepts a certain number of clients per month. This is decided via a process whereby she will coach you by telephone and set you tasking over a two-week period. On successful completion of this, you will be booked in for the Breakthrough.
