What is the programme?
Happyweight is a no diet, no deprivation approach to getting in control of your weight and eating. You can either work closely with me as a coaching client or coach yourself via the home study programme. I have been there, I know what it feels like, and I want to help you to your goal.
The programme will help you to:
- Get insight into the problem and the solution. Go through the Happyweight E.A.T.E.N questionnaire to discover how the problem has been created and what to do to overcome it.
- Discover if you have been unconsciously sabotaging yourself and eradicate any unhelpful psychological patterns.
- Learn the behaviour of a naturally slim person and then become one yourself.
- Separate what actually works in nutrition from the conflicting diet information that is in the media.
- Understand how your beliefs are making you fatter and develop beliefs that support you to be slim.
- Get back in control of your eating and enjoy your favourite foods even more.
- Enhance your self esteem and body confidence.
- Work towards your goal with support and feedback on a weekly basis to keep you on track
How does it work?
This programme takes you through each stage of the E.A.T.E.N modules:
Eating: Enjoy balanced eating that is triggered by physiological hunger and not by thoughts, emotions or habits and routines.
Activity: Actively engage with life and physical activity.
Thinking: Think powerful and supportive thoughts that make the process easier and enjoyable.
Emotions: Express your feelings in safe and balanced ways and allow comfort eating to become a thing of the past.
Nutrition: Get a sound nutritional knowledge that will give you better health, peace of mind and fat loss and enjoy your favourite foods in balance.
